Membership in the Underground Miata Network is open to owners of a Mazda MX-5/Miata in the National Captital Region and surrounding area. To apply for membership, complete and return the Membership Form. The membership fee is $60 per household and valid from Jan. 1 thru Dec 31, each year.
New members will receive a nametag and UMN window decal as well as access to the UMN Google Talk (email) Group. Other UMN themed merchandise is available from the Social Director or through our supplier.

UMN obtains Club Officer and Director Liability Insurance and event insurance through a club membership in the Canadian Automobile Sports Club - Ontario Region (CASC-OR). A condition of UMN in CASC-OR requires UMN to provide the name and address of all UMN members to an internal data bank at CASC-OR. This data bank is accessible only to the President, Secretary and Membership Director of UMN and the Administration of CASC-OR. See casc.on.ca to view privacy policy.
